Return Window

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging (jewelry box and tissue included)
  • Accompanied by the original IGI (Independent Gemological Laboratories) certificate that shipped with the piece

Returns without the original IGI certificate cannot be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at contact@foreverexclusivelabdiamonds.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you’d like to return
  3. The reason for your return (helps us improve — not required to qualify)

We’ll respond within 1 business day with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Do not ship the item back without a return authorization — we cannot process returns received without one.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error on your order. We strongly recommend insured shipping for the item’s full purchase value and a trackable method with signature confirmation. Forever Exclusive Lab Diamonds is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on the way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 2 business days of arrival), we’ll email you to confirm receipt. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement. We do not refund original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong piece, email us within 72 hours of delivery at contact@foreverexclusivelabdiamonds.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice — at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery
  • Items missing the original IGI certificate
  • Items returned without prior return authorization
  • Gift cards
