We ship within the United States only at this time. International shipping is on our roadmap but not yet available.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. If we’re running behind for any reason, we’ll email you with an update.
Shipping rates
All US orders ship insured and require a signature on delivery. Your rate is calculated automatically at checkout based on your cart total.
- Orders under $1,000: $15
- Orders $1,000 – $4,999.99: $25
- Orders $5,000 and above: $50
Delivery time
After processing, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on the destination. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Signature on delivery
Every order requires a signature on delivery. Fine jewelry should never be left at a doorstep. If you won’t be home, you can authorize redelivery or hold-for-pickup directly with the carrier using the tracking link from your shipment email.
What’s in the box
Every order includes your piece in our Forever Exclusive branded jewelry box, along with the original IGI grading certificate.
Damaged or missing packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within a reasonable window of the expected date, email us through our Contact page within 48 hours and we’ll work with the carrier to file a claim on your behalf.
