What are lab-grown diamonds?

Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds produced in a laboratory rather than mined from the earth. They have the same chemical composition (pure carbon), the same physical properties, and the same brilliance as mined diamonds — graded the same way and indistinguishable from mined stones without specialized equipment.

Are your diamonds certified?

Yes. Every diamond we sell comes with a grading certificate from Independent Gemological Laboratories (IGI). The original certificate is included in the box with your piece and details the stone’s cut, color, clarity, and carat weight.

What is IGI?

Independent Gemological Laboratories (IGI) is a diamond and gemstone grading lab. They issue an independent grading report for every stone, evaluating the same characteristics (the four C’s: cut, color, clarity, and carat) used across the diamond industry. We include the original IGI report with every order.

Why lab-grown instead of mined?

Lab-grown diamonds give you the same look, the same brilliance, and the same durability as a mined diamond — at a significantly lower price, without the environmental and human-rights concerns associated with traditional mining. For a buyer who wants a beautiful piece of fine jewelry without compromise, the math is straightforward.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States at this time. International shipping is on our roadmap but not currently available.

How much does shipping cost?

How is my order shipped and packaged?

All orders ship signature-required and fully insured within the United States. Your piece arrives in our Forever Exclusive branded jewelry box, ready to give or to keep, with the original IGI grading certificate included.

What’s your return policy?

You have 5 days from delivery to return your piece for a full refund. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging with the IGI certificate included. See our Refund Policy for the full details.

How do I care for my jewelry?

For everyday wear, wipe your piece with a soft cloth after wearing to remove oils and lotions. For deeper cleaning, soak in warm water with a drop of mild dish soap, then gently brush with a soft toothbrush and rinse. Store each piece separately in its original box to prevent scratching.

Do you offer chain or bracelet sizing?

Each product page lists the chain or bracelet length included. For now we don’t offer custom sizing — the lengths shown are what you receive. If you have specific sizing needs, contact us before ordering and we’ll see what we can do.
